\nRTO: No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment and must be able to work 2 major holidays*****

\nEKG Exam administered first day of orientation - must pass in order to move forward with contract
\n
\nFresh Post Op Kidney Transplants, complex cases, MUST have strong PCU exp
\n
\nExperience Required: 2 years
\n
\nFirst time travelers accepted: Yes with 3 years of experience
\n
\nRequired certs: ACLS, BLS
\n
\nPreferred certs: NIH
\n
\nRequired skills: IV starts, tele
\n
\nPreferred skills: PA lines
\n
\nThis unit is a true PCU and need that skill level
\n
\nTR Bands
\nChest Tubes
\nGtts-- Milrinone, Dopamine, dobutamine
\nPulmonary Hypertension Therapy,
\nPresence of moderate to high risk for dysrhythmias
\nUse of invasive hemodynamic devices
\nPatients requiring ongoing interventions and assessments every 2 hours, not to
\nexceed 8 occurrences
