We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide (HHA) who is compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing one-on-one care in a clients home.

Job Overview

This role offers rewarding caregiving experiences, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work with a supportive team that values compassion, respect, and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

• 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
• 7 days a week

Hours: 30 hours per week, with potential to increase

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, lifting, and safe transfers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Provide medication reminders
• Engage the client in games and meaningful activities

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and assist clients safely
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans

Experience & Requirements

• Caregiving experience: 1 year (preferred)
• CPR Certification: Preferred
• Ability to commute to McCordsville, IN 46055
