Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor onboarding kit inventory and coordinate with internal teams to maintain proper stock levels
- Work with procurement and fulfillment to move and document inventory accurately
- Coordinate with 3PL to support daily onboarding kit shipments, including:
- Individual login credentials
- Order lists and end-of-day recaps
- Flagging issues to the team
- Maintain documentation of asset movements
- Troubleshoot or escalate imaging issues
- Generate orders for full kit replacements
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Provide inventory updates across locations to senior and executive leadership
- Support reporting processes such as:
- Procurement, AP, Fulfillment & Inventory WBR
- Managed Hardware Model & 2024 Forecast
- Equipment reporting scorecard
- Share lists of unreturned equipment with the Billing team
- Communicate ongoing priorities and needs with 3PL
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Submit asset movement summaries and on-hand inventory reports to Finance
- Deactivate unused dongles to reduce costs
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales and account management escalations related to onboarding equipment
- Unblock stalled shipments and troubleshoot related issues
- Lead efforts to streamline and improve asset tracking processes
- Provide historical data on equipment usage and movement to leadership and Finance
- Ensure cost efficiency in equipment deployment
- Maintain and update SOPs for imaging, kitting, and recordkeeping
