This case management position works 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
In this Medical Records Case Manager role, you serve as the organized hub of each case: you gather medical and billing records and documentation from providers and insurers, confirm charges and balances, and promptly provide health insurance and auto (PIP) details to providers-requesting health insurance liens when needed; you handle incoming calls and all communications with clients, providers, and insurance companies, maintain ongoing relationships, and organize electronic case files with meticulous accuracy; throughout the day you collect, bill, and verify health insurance cards, medical payment coverage, and liens, perform accurate data entry, collaborate in a team‑centered environment by communicating with teammates about all aspects of the case, manage a high volume caseload with efficiency, and perform other related duties as assigned-always keeping momentum, clarity, and care at the forefront.

Hard requirements (must‑haves):
- At least 1 year of personal injury medical records/billing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable in an office setting
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a heavy workload
- Full‑time availability, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
Preferred qualifications: Legal experience preferred
