Job Description
Seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our team in Everett, WA. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term growth in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
$20-25
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
