Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and procurement.
