Position Overview:
Digital inkjet printing operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment to meet specific production requirements.
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements, as necessary.
- Perform Changeovers from product to product as needed.
- Inspect final products to ensure print quality and alignment with customer specifications.
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in digital printing, machine operation, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital printing processes and machine mechanics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when necessary to meet production demands.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
