Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This role will primarily focus on operating & setting up a Balancing Machine. We have Schenk machines, we will provide brand specific training, ensuring products meet quality & performance standards. The ideal candidate will also assist with deburring, packing, & other general manufacturing tasks as needed to support workflow & production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & operate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors.
• Complete the associated production & inspection documentation.
• Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools.
• Assist with cleaning, packing, & preparing parts for shipment.
• Maintain a clean & organized work area in compliance with safety & quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth workflow & minimize downtime.
• Participate in cross-training for other shop floor tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable using common measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detail.
• Ability to read & follow work instructions & basic drawings.
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to quality & safety.
• Willingness to learn & adapt in a small-team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
