In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in shaping the recruitment strategy and ensuring the organization attracts top-tier candidates. This role involves managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including leveraging tools and systems to find the best fit for each position.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with organizational leaders and the HR team to implement and manage the corporate Applicant Tracking System, aligning it with business needs.
• Design, facilitate, and execute all stages of the recruitment process, from intake to onboarding.
• Conduct thorough job and task analyses to define role requirements and objectives, utilizing assessment tools to evaluate candidate fit.
• Develop efficient and effective recruitment strategies tailored to the role, industry standards, and organizational goals.
• Manage job postings and advertisement campaigns to attract candidates with relevant experience through various platforms and tools.
• Review resumes and applications, coordinating candidate evaluations with approved assessment tools.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
• Support hiring managers and stakeholders in the interview process by participating in and facilitating discussions.
• Utilize behavioral and cognitive assessment benchmarks to ensure candidates align with the role's expectations and motivators.• Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting strategies and tools.
• Strong ability to source and attract candidates through various methods.
• Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of behavioral and cognitive assessment tools.
