- Acute Rehab / Post Acute nursing position.
- 24 Beds in the unit.
- Patient ratio is 1:6-8.
- Job Requirements
- Must have a current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter with minimum 80% score.
- Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics within a year of start, updated yearly with minimum 80% score.
- Documentation of vaccination series completion for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Tdap, and TB testing as specified.
- Fit Test required annually.
- Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
- Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
- 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually thereafter.
- Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
- At least two professional references prior to first assignment.
- Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender within 30 days of first assignment, updated yearly.
- Employment verification for past seven years, updated yearly.

- Unit is Acute Rehab / Post Acute.
- 24 beds with patient ratio 1:6-8.
- Additional Details
- Forward facing headshot with a white or blue background required.
- Ascension Badge Photo required.
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation must be completed and uploaded.
- Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding done onsite.
- Ascension Confirmation of Assignment required upon initial assignment and updates upon extension.
