Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Ability to supervise clinical fellows (CFY)
- Strong understanding of elementary education practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
Location: Portland, Oregon
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate students communication goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
