Purpose:Lead and support team members in the effective execution of their duties, ensuring daily orders are completed accurately and on time by supervising operations, providing guidance, and assisting with order processing as needed.
Responsibilities:-Lead team members to fulfill their functions. -Supervise the team members and understand their responsibilities to help them accomplish them.-Ensure SOPs and safety procedures are followed.-Communicate with leads and managers from other departments.-Track productivity and team performance.-Use warehouse system to to update inventory records.-Follow safety rules and regulations. -Supervise and train IR associates
Requirements:Previous warehouse experience.Experience with inventory systems.Responsibility.Accuracy.Punctuality. Leadership. Communication Skills. Detailed Oriented. Heavy Lifting (40 lbs)Technology knowledge.
