We are currently seeking an Experienced High energetic, Positive individual with a Great Personality to join our team as a Center Director for our North Austin Preschool.
Are you a well accomplished Director/Manager with a great track record of growing an institute? Do you have the management skillset to take preschool to the next level in every aspect from enrollments to 100% parent satisfaction?

As the Center Director you will

• Show Leadership by hard work, displaying passion for making a positive, loving and caring impact on the lives of infants and preschoolers.
• Build strong and trustworthy Relationships with Families, Parents and community partners in the area
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with employees
• Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention, conversion AND high enrollment growth.
• Be ready to fill in any requirements during the day and be an example to the staff
• Ensure school adheres to all health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full 100% compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
• Ensure supplies, kids meals and snacks are done right
• Be excellent at giving tours to parents.
• Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
• Do monthly billing and manage accounts receivable.
• Keep the Center 'Tour Ready; all the time
• Guide and monitor teachers and measure the implementation of the curriculum.
• Be familiar with TX CCS Program, TX TRS Program and NAYCE accreditation
• Control the cost and run the company in the most efficient manner.
