Job Title: Lead Glazier Installer

• Senior Glazier – Custom Glass Installation

  Location: Centennial, CO
  Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
  Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

  We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Glazier to lead the installation of custom glass products, including shower doors, mirrors, glass walls, and more in both residential and commercial settings.

  This is a great opportunity for an experienced glazier who enjoys working independently, mentoring apprentices, and delivering outstanding results. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, love working with your hands, and enjoy seeing your work shine (literally), we want to hear from you.

  What You’ll Do

  • Lead and complete installations of high-end custom glass products

  • Read and follow detailed design drawings and job specifications

  • Solve challenges on-site with creativity and professionalism

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-focused work environment

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow in the trade

  • Communicate clearly with customers and ensure satisfaction with every project

  What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (vocational or technical training a plus)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in custom glass installation

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and design plans

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
