Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for an Onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting in Saint Paul, MN. This opportunity involves covering a BCBAs leave of absence from January 5, 2026, to February 9, 2026, working Monday through Friday with a 37.5-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver applied behavior analysis services to K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and recommend strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student success.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Experience working in K-12 school environments, preferably with behavior specialist roles.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and provide consistent support during leave coverage.
