<li>Immediate opening for a Finance associate with 2-3 years’ experience. </li>
<li>Experience in structured finance and securitizations is preferred. </li>
<li>Capabilities include drafting complex lending documents, such as warehouse credit agreements and managing multiple transactions at once. </li>
<li>Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.</li>
