Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The associate will be responsible for material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and be comfortable operating forklifts and other industrial equipment while following all safety procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) to maintain a safe work environment.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Perform order picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling of products for shipment.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
Operate sit-down forklifts and other industrial vehicles to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and verify product quantities during warehouse operations.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
Ensure no damaged products are shipped and reject any damaged raw materials during receiving.
Stage finished products in designated areas for loading and shipment preparation.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately for inventory and shipping records.
Communicate effectively with shift leaders and team members across different shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse safety standards.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Additional Requirements:
Steel-toed safety shoes are required on the first day.
Reimbursement available up to $125 for safety shoes.
