Job Summary

A well-established clinical practice is seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to support daily operations by ensuring that all instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to strict infection control standards.

This role is critical in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
• Prepare treatment rooms with properly sterilized instruments and materials
• Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment with accuracy and care
• Monitor, document, and log sterilization cycles to meet safety and compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sterilization area
• Properly dispose of hazardous and biohazardous waste following established guidelines
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Participate in team huddles and daily operational discussions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental or medical sterilization environments
