Your Impact

• Be the mechanical expert others rely on for complex troubleshooting and durable solutions
• Lead and mentor millwrights and maintenance techs during repairs, installations, and rebuilds
• Translate blueprints and schematics into precise, safe execution
• Perform and direct welding and fabrication work (MIG/TIG/stick)
• Install, align, dismantle, and reassemble industrial equipment with accuracy
• Drive safety compliance and continuous improvement across the floor

What You’ll Work On

• Conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and related mechanical systems
• Root-cause diagnostics that prevent repeat failures
• Mechanical upgrades that boost reliability and performance

Bring Your Strengths

• Seasoned millwright with hands-on mechanical excellence
• Foreman-level leadership or readiness to step into that role
• Evidence-based troubleshooting—measure, verify, and solve
• Blueprint and technical drawing proficiency
• Welding/fabrication proficiency: MIG, TIG, and stick
