Pay & Schedule

Starting at $18.00+/hour (based on experience)

Full-time, Monday–Friday

No weekends

Multiple shifts available (day, mid, evening)

Hybrid schedule: onsite training, then a mix of in-office (Tues/Thurs) and remote work
What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email

Assist with orders, product questions, and issue resolution

Process transactions and update customer information

Deliver fast, accurate, and professional support

Meet performance goals for quality and productivity
What We’re Looking For

1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable with computers, systems, and data entry

Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace when working remotely
