Interim Director of Perioperative Services
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
- Hands-on interim role with initial involvement in patient care and assessment of staff and workflows
- Key goals include developing a well-defined staffing model, supporting surgical case volume growth, and mentoring a permanent OR Manager
- Facility is seeking an OR expert with Critical Access Hospital or small community hospital leadership experience
- Must have an active Missouri or compact nursing license
