Job Title: Operator – Air-Conditioned Manufacturing Plant
Job Overview: We are looking for motivated Operators to join our fast-growing, technology-driven team for Night Shift (6 pm - 6 am). As an Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your manufacturing skills, develop new ones, and work within a clean and safe environment. We are seeking individuals with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Plant Location:
112 SELIT Drive, Commerce, GA 30529
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, inspect, and package production materials
- Set up machinery and ensure all materials are prepared and ready for production
- Monitor production equipment and resolve operational issues as needed
- Notify the Lead Operator of any challenges or issues during production
- Operate forklifts for material movement, loading, and unloading
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow safety regulations and ensure 5S standards are met during your shift
Schedule Requirements:
- Work two weekends per month
- 12 hour shifts

Expected Hours: One week you work 48 hours, then the next week you work 36 hours

Qualifications:
- Required:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous industrial experience or experience in a related field
