Our structure is designed to support individualized care, sustainable clinical practice, and work-life balance.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA who values ethical care, individualized treatment, family partnership, and high-quality clinical work without high-volume caseload expectations.

This role offers flexibility with hybrid scheduling options that will include both in-person and telehealth services based on client needs, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling considerations. Cases are assigned based on clinician location whenever possible to support manageable scheduling and travel expectations.

Full-time clinicians typically maintain approximately 25 billable hours per week as part of a manageable and sustainable caseload structure. Flexible part-time scheduling options are also available with no fixed minimum billable requirement.

Our systems and scheduling structure are designed to support efficient clinical workflows and a more sustainable work-life balance.

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs
Deliver caregiver training and collaboration
Monitor progress using data-driven decision-making
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
Model compassionate, child-centered, trauma-informed care

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification
Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to ethical, family-centered practice
