Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-aged students across 13 campuses within a large public school system in the Chattanooga area. This is a fully onsite role with responsibilities including direct therapy services, evaluations, IEP meetings, and collaboration with school-based teams.
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
This opportunity is well-suited for SLPs with strong knowledge of school-based practices who are comfortable managing a full-time caseload in an in-person educational setting.

Active Tennessee SLP License (required)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (required)

Active Tennessee Department of Education (DOE) certification (required)

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Prior experience in school-based settings preferred

Ability to manage therapy, evaluations, and meetings across multiple campuses
Compensation & Support
$4254/hour DOE (average ~$48/hour, depending on years of experience)
