Job Description

RBS is seeking a full-time print room and receiving clerk. The clerk will be responsible for the daily operations of the print center, receiving/delivering all incoming shipments, and maintaining inventory for the print center and technology storage.

Job skills needed:

Basic familiarity with Office 365
Comfortable working with Apple Macs and MacOS
Familiar with Xerox and Toshiba Copiers
Able to safely use Laminators, Electric Cutters, etc.
Able to safely lift cases of paper (~50lbs)

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

Be a born-again Christian who actively attends their local church
Daily copying of all incoming print and copy requests and distribution of copies to teacher mailboxes
Daily restocking of all building copiers, as needed
Tracking toner and supply inventory for all campus printers
Working with our print vendor to maintain copiers and call-in service requests as needed
Receiving and logging all incoming shipments
Storage of said shipments till they can be delivered
Delivery of shipments to their departments
Staging any outgoing shipments for pickup
Maintaining paper stock and performing weekly inventory checks
Maintaining technology storage room and helping with inventory tasks, as needed
Maintaining all Print Room equipment (laminator, electric cutter, manual cutters)
Helping staff with lamination, as needed
Maintaining inventory of campus "master lock" locker combination locks
