Licensed Senior Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a Licensed Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated team!

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Pharmacy Technician to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our long-term care pharmacy. This position requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as you’ll be a central point of contact for both internal staff and external clients. Your ability to manage tasks efficiently and ensure compliance will be essential to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists and the management team with daily pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Perform standard pharmacy technician duties, including order entry, billing, and packaging
Support pharmacy staff and help maintain a high standard of customer service
Fill operational gaps as a “super tech” to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Michigan
Previous experience in a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy setting is required
Proficient in technician duties including order entry, billing, and packaging
Experience with FrameworkLTC software is highly preferred
Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
