Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project/Program Consultant with strong healthcare industry experience to support key operational, leadership, and performance improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly independent, detail-oriented consultant with demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large scale programs and driving cross-functional improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, SOPs, and operational tools
- Lead Home Modification programs and other assigned initiatives
- Lead and facilitate Performance Improvement (PI) projects
- Support redesign of leadership team and operational oversight structures
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to guide decisions
- Collaborate across teams to implement process enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in project management, quality assurance, performance improvement, or related field
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale programs
- Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements
Required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data analysis experience
Preferred
- Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Smartsheet
- Tableau
- Epic/KPHC
Education & Certifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Master's degree
- Preferred Certifications: Project Management or Performance Improvement (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAP, etc.)
