<li>The Superintendent will be working on an initial 9 month financial to medical conversion project. 2 stories, 20,000 sq. ft. Total gut down to metal studs.</li>
<li>The second project will be a ground up Senior Living project. 24 months. Podium with wood frame units above.</li>
<li>You will have total responsibility for all on-site operations, including providing 4 week look aheads and reports on project progress.</li>
