Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a role that involves:
○ High-volume phone-based outreach (call center, inside sales, account development, vendor management, or dispatch environments preferred)
○ Convincing/persuading external parties, not internal employees (not HR onboarding)
○ Managing structured onboarding/compliance tasks (e.g., contracts, insurance verification, licensing, or regulated documentation)
• Experience working with contractors, service providers, trades, or vendors strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with recorded calls & performance tracking
• Beneficial to have sales experience over the phone

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Beneficial to have sales experience over the phone
• Experience using online research tools, and AI-enabled platforms
• Experience working in a facilities background

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist within its Facilities Hub team, which supports clients with geographically dispersed portfolios. This role centers on vendor sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, while also assisting with contract compliance and administrative coordination.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with phone communication and online tools, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Primary duties
• High-volume outbound calling to vendors
• Persuading vendors to join our program
• Following up to collect required documents (insurance, compliance, etc.)
• Handing off completed vendor packages to internal teams
*Not a sourcing or administrative HR role — this is a sales-style outreach and onboarding role with compliance follow-through.
