Construction Accountant Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be local to northern Tampa area, or reside north of Tampa</li>
<li>2+ years of&nbsp;current&nbsp;Accounting experience</li>
<li>Proven experience in construction accounting</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting</li>
<li>Experience with financial concepts including accrual accounting, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting</li>
<li>Experience with Foundation software</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively</li>
<li>Autonomous mentality, critical thinking and decision-making skills</li>
</ul>
Construction Accountant Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field</li>
<li>Experience with payroll processing and tax-related responsibilities (very strongly preferred)</li>
