A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Document and Training Administration Specialist in Boise, ID 83716.
The Document and Training Administration Specialist will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

• The pay for this position is 30.00 per hour - bi-weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates


Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 8AM-5PM, Monday–Friday (8 hours/day)
Hybrid role – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
• Location: Boise, ID


Responsibilities:

• Innovate and apply best-known methods (BKMs) for managing documents, training, documentation systems, automation, and projects
• Create, edit, and archive technical documents, graphics, and images using established standards, templates, and authoring tools
• Administer file storage repositories, apply metadata, and manage access requests
• Manage controlled documentation systems including change management and periodic reviews
• Create, maintain, and archive on-the-job training certifications in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Extract, analyze, and report data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to support decision making
• Define and manage documentation projects including charters, work breakdown structures, status reporting, and recovery plans
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to develop documentation for a broad audience
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned documentation systems


Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of technical documentation experience (may substitute for a bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum 3 years of workforce development experience
• Advanced experience with documentation authoring tools such as MadCap Flare and/or FrameMaker
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience managing SharePoint lists and libraries preferred
• Understanding of document lifecycle management and controlled documentation systems
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments preferred (semiconductor experience a plus)


Education:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
