๐Ÿ’ผ Hiring on behalf of our client in the nonprofit sector

Weโ€™re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a mission-driven organization in the nonprofit space. This fully onsite role offers the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while managing core accounting functions in a collaborative office environment.

โœจ Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly processing of accounts receivable, including remittances and donations
  • Weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 150 employees using proprietary software
  • Daily bank deposit processing
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Weekly accounts payable processing, including invoice data entry, PO matching, and batch payments
  • Preparation of monthly account statements for member accounts
  • Partnering with vendors and members to resolve outstanding A/P and A/R issues
  • Supporting administrative tasks as assigned
