Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity involves performing radiologic procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist to evaluate pathological conditions as ordered by physicians. The role requires expertise in radiographic techniques, patient positioning, and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain examination procedures and prepare patients accordingly.
  • Review clinical requisitions and patient medical history to perform appropriate imaging exams.
  • Set up procedure rooms, maintain stocked supplies, and manage sterile equipment as required.
  • Operate radiology equipment manually to capture diagnostic images with attention to radiation safety protocols.
  • Administer intravenous contrast media when necessary and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Follow infection control practices to maintain a safe clinical environment.
  • Complete all documentation accurately, including patient records, logs, and imaging system entries.
  • Utilize PACS and RIS systems for image management and study indexing.
  • Participate in teaching new hires and students while maintaining all responsibilities.
  • Uphold professional communication standards and promote a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certification or degree in Radiologic Technology with relevant clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in radiographic equipment operation and imaging techniques.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety practices and patient care protocols.
  • Ability to manage imaging software and medical record documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
