We deliver scalable, turnkey solutions for Fortune 100 brands across telecommunications, consumer electronics, smart home, security, and retail industries. As we expand into emerging sectors like under/over-ground cabling, retail security integration, and business process outsourcing (BPO) we are seeking a driven, execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational performance and strategic growth.

As new position, the COO will be responsible for company-wide operations, focusing on scalable growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will optimize field service delivery, drive multi-market expansion, and enhance operational efficiencies, all while strengthening our market leadershi

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead all operational functions, including field services, logistics, BPO, and integration solutions nationwide.
  • Direct day-to-day execution with responsibility for both W2 and 1099 contractor models across 40+ states.
  • Build operational systems to support margin improvement and volume scalability.
  • Expand operations in new verticals, including low-voltage cabling and security integration.
  • Manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive performance accountability.
  • Partner with sales on enterprise service delivery and market expansion strategies.
  • Oversee company-wide cost optimization initiatives (SG&A, fleet, facilities).
  • Champion compliance, auditing of contracts, and license management across all operational verticals.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior operations roles (COO, EVP, SVP) within field services, logistics, telecommunications, or integration industries.
  • Proven experience in mid-to-large size company P&L management with multi-state, multi-market oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of contract licensing requirements, operational compliance, and contract auditing.
  • Demonstrated success managing senior leadership teams across operations, logistics, and service departments.
  • Deep understanding of contractor workforce models and national service delivery networks.
  • Skilled in deploying performance management systems, KPIs, and real-time reporting frameworks.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background serving under white-labeled, high-volume service models.
  • Leadership in fast-paced, growth environments with a focus on profitability and scalability.
  • Experience optimizing field networks and business process outsourcing models.
  • Industry knowledge in telecom, smart home, retail installation, or security services.

As this is a new position for the company, we expect this individual to be highly adaptable, quick to assess operational dynamics, and capable of developing and executing a strategic game plan with speed and precision.
