We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Knoxville, Tennessee. This three-week assignment will involve supporting the Human Resources department in a manufacturing environment by organizing and digitizing sensitive documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and proficiency in administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

• Scan and digitize sensitive HR files with precision and care.

• Maintain accurate electronic records by performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ensure all confidential information is handled in compliance with company policies.

• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including ad hoc tasks as needed.

• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify document-related details.

• Organize physical and digital files to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

• Collaborate with HR staff to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Support the team in maintaining a streamlined documentation system.
