InteliChart is seeking a Director of Human Resources to help drive the next phase of growth for our innovative healthcare technology team. What you will be doing in this role:
As the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments.
- Strategic HR Leadership:Plan, direct, and manage all HR initiatives, including compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Policy & Compliance Oversight:Ensure HR strategies and practices align with organizational goals and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Talent Management & Development:Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, employee development, retention strategies, and diversity and inclusion, ensuring AA/EEO compliance.
- Advisory & Support Role:Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers on employee relations, labor laws, and workplace regulations such as ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
- HR Operations Management:Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance:Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Employee Engagement & Development:Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, training, and career development.
- Manager Support & Guidance:Advise managers on HR best practices, employee relations issues, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ADA, FMLA, OSHA).
- HR Systems & Reporting:Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Engagement & Culture:Lead initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, including wellness programs, recognition efforts, Lunch & Learns, and employee feedback analysis.
- Payroll Management:Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integration with HRIS and accounting systems, while guiding audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Benefits Management & Compliance:Manage benefits administration, vendor coordination, open enrollment, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA), ensuring accurate records and employee support.
What experience do youneed for this position?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 510 yearsof progressive HR experience.
- At least2-5 yearsin a managerial or leadership role within HR.
Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements, particularly in healthcare and technology environments.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and scaling HR functions in high-growth or innovative settings.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a track record of building high-performing HR teams.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and modern HR technologies.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments with a focus on innovation and agility.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Experience partnering closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to align HR strategies with broader business objectives.
- Advanced Certifications:Holding advanced HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR.
