We are hiring an ELECTRIC VEHICLE SERVICE EQUIPMENT (EVSE) TECHNICIAN in Central Maryland and beyond. As an EVSE technician you will troubleshoot and repair electric vehicle chargers from several manufacturers, consult site owners, and interface with equipment manufacturers to process warranty and repair orders.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete all service calls.
- Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge to secure repeat business.
- Work with project managers to ensure business success.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, feedback, and options.
Technician Qualifications:
- Prior electrical wiring experience is required.
- Prior experience with EVSE equipment preferred.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Clean, safe driving record, and comfort spending a lot of time in a truck.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- High integrity, exceptional communication, and social skills.
- Proven ability to make positive customer connections.
- Strong desire to improve professionally.
- Flexibility to shift to support other projects as needed.
- Team player.
