Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Contract Term: 20252026 School Year
Pay: $41$47/hour

Job Overview What Youll Do:

Provide direct speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Assist with implementing therapy plans to support students with communication disorders
-
Support documentation of student progress and service delivery
-
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to facilitate language and communication goals

Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications & Requirements (Texas):

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLPA license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Ability to follow therapy plans and work independently under supervision
