My name is Sarah, and I currently operate Magic Touch Home Care LLC, a licensed Personal Services Agency in Indiana. I’m in the process of transitioning to a Skilled Home Health Agency so that we can begin providing nursing services under 410 IAC 17.
I’m fairly new to this process and would appreciate your guidance — or possibly your partnership — as we add skilled nursing to our service line. I’m looking for a Registered Nurse who can assist with the required nursing oversight, help implement skilled care policies, and ensure we’re compliant with IDOH regulations.
If you have experience with home health surveys, plans of care, or supervising caregivers, I’d love to discuss what that collaboration might look like.
