We are looking for a Assistant Superintendent and a Superintendent for Commercial Construction.

OSHA 10 Certification or the ability to pass OSHA 10 with in 60 days of employment.

Hands-on experience with all phases of commercial construction, including site layout, vertical and horizontal construction, and finish coordination.

Ability to work closely with Field Manager and Inside Project Manager and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.

Strong Communication and leadership skills required to convey directions, track progress and uphold quality standards

Ability to operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and lifts a plus.

Administrative responsibilities will include field documentation, safety enforcement , and daily reporting

A background in commercial carpentry is highly preferred
