Production Operator (Chemical/Food Manufacturing) – 3rd Shift

Now hiring a Production Operator for a major manufacturing facility in Germantown, WI. This is an opportunity on 3rd shift with strong long-term potential.

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday night – Friday)

Pay: $24/hr shift premium included
Location: Germantown, WI (100% on-site)
Interview: In-person
Pre-employment: Physical fit test + drug screen

What you’ll do:

• Follow standardized formulas/SOPs to weigh, measure, and mix raw materials
• Operate process equipment (blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, filtration)
• Set up/calibrate/monitor instruments (pH, temperature, conductivity, etc.)
• Perform equipment teardown, cleaning, and reassembly (pumps, valves, mills, grinders)
• Troubleshoot process/product/equipment deviations and document actions
• Complete accurate documentation and transactions in SAP
• Collect samples for QA testing; maintain sanitation schedules (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Follow safety, food manufacturing, and quality guidelines (SHE, cGMP, HACCP)

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year manufacturing or process experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude/troubleshooting and strong attention to detail
• Able to lift 50–60 lbs repetitively; able to wear a respirator if required
• Strong communication skills and ability to read/comprehend English
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
