Responsibilities

  • Work closely with department managers and supervisors to integrate system enhancements, custom requests and process changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Handle system issues
  • Develop, test and implement new products/changes
  • Review, train and implement applicable manual updates
  • Coordinate and communicate system enhancements, etc., with applicable employees
  • Responsible for accuracy of data conversion and processes for mergers and acquisitions
  • Provide data analysis to support process changes
  • Work with Audit and Compliance Departments to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Provide assistance to the department managers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned or directed
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Direct Lending Department, this position is responsible to assist the Department, as well as the Bank, in achieving bank objectives.


Qualifications

Education, Training and Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
  • Business field of study strongly preferred

Skills:

  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar; excellent analytical and mathematics skills
  • Above average interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Ability to create, implement and maintain workflows based on current project
  • Excellent computer skills and data base retrieval knowledge; MS Office required; Access and Query preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate and analyzation of data from reports/workbooks
  • Highly organized; results driven with competency to be proficient, effective and efficient
  • Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company’s core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humility

Experience:

  • Loan origination experience preferred
