Breakthrough Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Behavioral Therapist / Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to children with Autism and related developmental disorders. This role is crucial to our mission and requires a passion for mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral and mental health support to young clients
- Implement treatment plans under clinical supervision
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and documentation
- Communicate professionally and sensitively with clients and their families
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize care
Qualifications
- Non-bachelor's degree applicants must provide proof of enrollment in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in mental health-related fields or other relevant training
- OR be 18 years or older and have completed the Level III EIDBI training requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for supporting children with Autism and developmental needs
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with 2,000+ supervised hours
- Experience or training in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
