Compensation: $17-$20 per hour (depending on experience) additional Bonus incentives on top of hourly pay

Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Collections Specialist who can communicate effectively with consumers and clients, ensuring positive interactions while achieving recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact consumers to arrange payment plans and resolve account issues
- Document all communications accurately in our system
- Adhere to all compliance standards, including FDCPA and company policies
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Qualifications
- Prior collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
