Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Record and manage customer deposits and payments
- Create and issue digital invoices and billables to clients
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare and file property taxes and assist with IRS compliance
- Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks
- Strong computer and digital communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
