About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team and operate capsule automation equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, organized, and committed to quality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machines dedicated to capsule automation
- Perform accurate and efficient line changeovers as needed
- Keep detailed records and ensure product counts are accurate
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance of machinery
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of machine operation or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic troubleshooting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Must have reliable transportation and a self-starter attitude
- Willingness to help in various departments and maintain a clean work area
