Job Title: Travel LPN / LVN – Long Term Care
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights
Shift Timing: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (8-Hour Shift)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Required

Compensation:

• Gross Weekly: $1,695/week

• W2 Rate: $17/hour

• Weekly Stipend: $1,015/week

Position Overview:

A well-established long-term care facility in the Utica area is seeking a dedicated Travel LPN/LVN for a night shift assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor and document changes in patient condition

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active New York LPN License

• Minimum 1+ Year of Long-Term Care Experience

• Current BLS Certification

• Experience with MS, Orthopedic, Dementia, and Memory Care populations preferred

• Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
