Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunities await for speech-language pathologists seeking impactful part-time roles in a supportive educational environment near Maple Grove, MN. Multiple openings are available for contract SLPs—both experienced clinicians holding the CCC credential and those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF). These positions are designed to support students’ communication, academic, and social success throughout the school year.

Beginning in late August 2026 and concluding in June 2027, these roles offer the flexibility of onsite work across several campus sites, including Northdale Middle School, Hamilton Elementary, Mississippi Elementary, and Rum River. Each location offers varying levels of service need, with assignments ranging from 0.3 to 0.7 FTE, and a weekly commitment of up to 37.5 hours (Monday through Friday).

What you’ll bring:

  • Current Minnesota SLP license with dual certification in view (required; please provide documentation)
  • ASHA CCC credential preferred; CF candidates welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy onsite to a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Engage in progress monitoring, data collection, and collaboration with educational teams
  • Participate in professional meetings, serve as a resource for staff and families, and support positive student outcomes
