General Job Description
Keep the air compressor running and switching normally. Keep main substation and transformers running normally and check the high-voltage current, temperature of transformers. Guarantee the power condition according with the process requirement. Routing checks the equipment running condition, such as pressure, electricity current.
Key Responsibilities

Familiar with electricity distribution facilities and various operation procedure

Soften water preparation and inspection and waster heat recovery patrol inspection
-
Routine equipment maintenance, e.g. equipment lubrication, simple replacement of spare parts
-
Report and coordinate with the production when it occurs abnormality, then solve the problem
-
Keep the boiler running safely, and the steam supply and pressure stability
-
Soften water preparation and test, and control Deoxygenation temperature and oxygen content
-
Maintain 5S on-site and keep the relevant record
-
Responsible for power equipment start-stop, e.g. 270 soften water pump, water circle pump, cooling tower, tap water pressure pump, deep-well pump, etc.

Responsible for cooperating with water pump operators to do the spare parts replacement
-
Keep the record related to daily steam and compressed air consume in the workshop
-
Patrol inspection for all instrument, power distribution cabinet and current meter in MHC & Agri plant, and keep daily inspection record
-
Responsible for power distribution equipment daily maintenance, when occur equipment breakdown, it needs to report to the maintenance technician timely to solve the problem

Keep the power distribution facilities clean

Keep the power equipment normal running

To guarantee the power condition according with process requirement

Write the record of running parameters of power equipment

Patrol inspection for boiler room
-
Be familiar with boiler system piping layout
-
Keep the boiler in a good condition, eg. lubrication
-
Check the fuel gas pipeline and no gas leakage
-
Comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets

Maintain a healthy & safe work environment by recognizing and managing environmental hazard in the workplace
-
Promptly act if emergencies and catastrophe arise according to disaster control plan
Job Requirements
- High school/technical secondary school or above
- 2 years working experience or above
- Honest and strong responsibility
- Water quality and boiler operation certificate will be an advantage
- Teamwork spirit, good communication management experience
- Availability to work for 3-shifts
- Knowledge of quality, environment & occupational health, and safety regulations in the workplace
- Analytical skills of environment and hazard
- Awareness of emergency and quick to action
