Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Quality Inspectors – 1st & 2nd ShiftLocation: Lancaster, PA$23-$26/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift AvailableAllegiance Staffing is hiring Quality Inspectors to join a precision manufacturing team in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing and quality inspection experience who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and meeting high standards.What You’ll Do
- Perform magnetization and magnetic inspections using specialized equipment
- Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and inspection tools
- Verify part polarity and stabilize material post-processing
- Mark and inspect parts using manual and laser marking methods
- Record inspection data, sample results, and production information
- Perform 100% inspections when required
- Complete Epicor transactions and update routers
- Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing and quality inspection
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working with inspection tools and recording data
- Ability to communicate and document information clearly in English
Additional Skills (A Plus)
- Advanced magnetic inspection and LVFS setup
- Experience with automated magnetizing or inspection equipment
- Mechanical inspection and intermediate blueprint reading
- Generating inspection reports and quality documentation (NCMR)
